# HaloDesk (halodesk.io)

> HaloDesk (halodesk.io) is an after-hours AI receptionist for NYC dental practices and med spas.

HaloDesk answers after-hours and weekend calls under the practice's name for independent dental practices, orthodontists and med spas in New York City. It takes appointment requests the practice's team confirms the next morning, and tells callers whether their insurance is in-network using the practice's insurance list; costs and coverage questions go to the practice's team. By 7:00 AM the team gets a written summary email of every call, with urgent calls listed first. Practices keep their existing number. $1,999/mo flat, no setup fee, no call cap.

HaloDesk (halodesk.io) is not affiliated with halodesk.co or halodesk.net, which are separate products (a customer-support help desk and a WhatsApp marketing platform).
