Who we are

HaloDesk provides an AI after-hours receptionist service to dental practices and med spas in New York. Questions: hello@halodesk.io.

What we collect on this site

When you request an After-Hours Call Audit, we collect what you type into the form: your name, practice name, practice phone number, email, practice type, your role, and (optionally) your neighborhood. We also record the page you came from and any campaign tags in the link (UTM parameters) so we know how you found us.

Analytics and advertising tools

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, and the OpenAI ads pixel to measure whether our ads lead to audit requests. These tools may set cookies or collect device and usage information, such as pages visited, browser type, and approximate location. You can block them with your browser's privacy settings or an ad blocker.

How we use it

To run your After-Hours Call Audit, email you the report, follow up about HaloDesk, and improve the site.

We don't sell your data

We don't sell or rent your personal information.

The After-Hours Call Audit

For the audit, we place a call to your practice's public phone number after posted hours. Audit calls aren't recorded; we log call details such as time, duration, and how the call was answered.

Calls we answer for client practices

When HaloDesk answers after-hours calls for a client practice, information from those calls (such as the caller's name, callback number, and reason for calling) is processed by our voice provider on our behalf and handled under that practice's instructions. Callers are told calls may be recorded. Questions about a practice's own patient records should go to that practice.

Your choices

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email hello@halodesk.io. We'll respond within 30 days.
